The problem wasn’t remembering the passcode… The problem most likely came from a communication error between the app and their servers because when I tried today using my same passcode that wasn’t working few days ago, it worked again. I have also already called the Revolut phone number but I could not get any good info. I won’t make that mistake again.
I had the same issue today. I’ve reinstalled the App but after entering the phone number to reset my password nothing happens. Let’s get in touch via direct message. I use the app on two phones simultaneously (beta and regular versions), I occasionally reinstall them and all cards are always in sync. It should work when you logon with your phone number and passcode on the new phone. Did that but the answer doesn’t correspond to what is appearing on my phone. I re-downloaded the app and tried to login but previously I had used fingerprint. The passcode that I thought I used does not work and I go via "Forgot?"
hmmm, I have third phone and my cards (both: Revolut and cards to topup) are still in the app….

How do I bind my Revolut account to a new phone ? and each time this action “closses” my chat and I have to restart everything from the beginning to tell the same story to another operator… It’s not common that we forgot a 4 digit code, but changing to a new iphone and trying to use the “forgot code” function yields a blank screen! Looked for help in the community and via a formal complaint as that seemed to be the only way to get some human contact but even complaint team don’t bother to reply. Joined this community last night and perhaps posted in the wrong place but the title was correct: Reset my Passcode - no reply. Whoever is having the same issue but do remember their passcode, try again to log in with it, it finally worked for me ! But nothing happens. I have the same phone number. Changed my iphone to a new one and having trouble activating my Revolut account. It says “Secure your phone to unlock your Revolut App” but I already have a PIN as been a user for nearly two years. The passcode that I thought I used does not work and I go via “Forgot?” and enter my full phone number, “Reset Passcode” stops being greyed out and I can press it.
